COVID-19 Precautions: Procedures Regarding Counselling Sessions

Update Winter 2022/2023:

Counselling services continue to be available to existing and returning clients through ZOOM video and in-person appointments in an effort to protect individuals and to stop the spread of COVID-19. I am currently not accepting new clients.

During this time, counselling services with me are available in two ways:

  2. In-person appointments arranged in advance.

I understand that, particularly during times of stress or crisis, people are in greater need of emotional support, so I hope that you do not choose to cancel your appointment but instead opt for the online option or telephonic option in a communal effort to keep everyone safe.

More About ZOOM:  ZOOM is a user-friendly, web-based platform that is easy to access and operate from your computer or smart phone. You can download the program at https://zoom.us. Then simply click on the link below.

To access the platform, click the link at the time of your appointment and you will be prompted to join the room. If you have trouble logging in (especially if it is close to your appointment time), please consider that I may be finishing up with the previous client online, and you may try again in a minute or two.
